ARTICULO 56 . Auto denegando pruebas. Cuando el investigador estime que las pruebas solicitadas oportunamente por el investigado o su apoderado no sean procedentes las denegará mediante auto motivado. El auto que deniega la práctica de alguna prueba, se notificará al investigado o a su apoderado por estado, el cual se fijará al día siguiente de la denegatoria por el término de un día en un lugar visible de la respectiva unidad investigadora.
