El que por cualquier medio eficaz para divulgar el pensamiento haga a otro la imputación falsa de un hecho personal concreto, que la ley haya erigido en delito, o que por su carácter deshonroso o inmoral, sea susceptible de exponerlo a la animadversión o al desprecio públicos, está sujeto a la pena de seis meses a tres años de prisión y a la multa de cien a dos mil pesos.
