º. Promoción de oferta de Vivienda de Interés Social con recursos del Fondo para Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social. Se entenderá por promoción de oferta, el desarrollo, por parte de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, de las siguientes actividades

Desarrollo de proyectos de vivienda de interés social contratando la construcción con personas privadas o públicas;

Financiación de proyectos de vivienda de interés social;

Adquisición de proyectos de vivienda de interés social;

Adquisición de lotes para adelantar proyectos de vivienda de interés social.
