ARTICULO 2.1.4.2.13 .- RESCISION DE TITULOS. En caso de rescisión de un título, el valor efectivo que debe recibir el suscriptor no podrá ser inferior al de la correspondiente reserva matemática completa, disminuida en el valor de los gastos iniciales pendientes de amortización. Esta deducción irá disminuyendo gradualmente hasta extinguirse a más tardar cuando hayan transcurrido los dos tercios del plazo estipulado en el título. El valor de los gastos iniciales, debidamente especificados, formará parte de las bases técnicas que las sociedades deben someter a la aprobación del Superintendente Bancario.
