ARTICULO 3.6.1.11.- BENEFICIARIO REAL. Se considera beneficiario real, para los efectos de este título, quien tiene el poder de votar con las acciones de la sociedad administradora directa o indirectamente o, quien está en condición de enajenar, sin perjuicio del derecho de representación establecido en la ley.
