Artículo único. Adiciónase el artículo 8° del Decreto 981 de 1946, en el sentido de considerar como afiliados facultativos a la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional al personal de las Divisiones Departamentales de Policía y cuyas prestaciones sociales queden por cuenta de la Caja de Protección, en virtud de los contratos que celebre dicha entidad con los Gobernadores respectivos. El carácter de afiliados facultativos a la Caja durará por el tiempo de la vigencia de los contratos que se celebren. Este Decreto rige desde su fecha .
