Para crear una liga deportiva, deberán reunirse en asamblea delegados de por lo menos seis clubes deportivos debidamente reconocidos. A la asamblea se citará a la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes y a la federación respectiva, si existieren, para que nombren sus representantes, quienes tendrán funciones de asesoría, pero no derecho a voto. Su ausencia no impedirá la realización de la asamblea ni afectará la validez de sus actos. CAPITULO IV De las federaciones deportivas nacionales.
