No se podrán realizar exportaciones de Cuero Crudo, por las subpartidas arancelarias 41.01.10.00.00, 41.01.21.00.00, 41.01.29.00.00, 41.01.30.00.00, a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto y durante los cuatro meses siguientes. La anterior restricción no aplicará para las empresas o personas naturales que a la fecha tengan compromisos de exportación adquiridos a través de los programas de Plan Vallejo, en cuyo caso las exportaciones de cuero crudo deberán limitarse estrictamente a los compromisos establecidos en dichos programas.
