Adiciónase el artículo 1.3.1.3.4 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente

Parágrafo

La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, como condición para el desarrollo de su actividad aseguradora, deberá dar cumplimiento a las normas sobre margen de solvencia y patrimonio técnico mínimo establecidas para las demás entidades aseguradoras acreditando un patrimonio separado afecto a dicha actividad. "La actividad aseguradora de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, se efectuará en igualdad de condiciones respecto de las demás entidades aseguradoras".
