Art. 3.° En el presupuesto de gastos para el próximo bienio económico se incluirá la cantidad de doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000) por cuenta de este auxilio, sin que tal inclusión signifique que haya precisamente de emplearse toda aquella suma en la mejora del camino durante dicho bienio.
