DE LAS AGUAS SUBTERRANEAS. Para evitar la contaminación del agua subterránea por: aguas de mar salobres, aguas residuales o contaminadas, extracción excesiva de agua que reduzca el efecto purificador al atravesar los estratos permeables y otras causas, se deberán tomar medidas higiénicas y de vigilancia necesarias para el correcto aprovechamiento de los pozos para agua potable.
