Las Secretarías de Educación, en colaboración con entidades del sector productivo e instituciones de educación superior, podrán incluir en el Plan Territorial de Formación Docente o el que haga sus veces, contenidos que contribuyan al desarrollo de competencias referidas al emprendimiento, la iniciativa empresarial y de economía solidaria, la igualdad de oportunidades en el entorno empresarial y la creación y desarrollo de empresas y organizaciones de economía solidaría que desarrollen actividades productivas.
