Deróganse las siguientes disposiciones:

Los artículos 1563 y 1564 del Código Judicial; 341 y 350 de la Ley 105 de 1890 ; y 158, 159, 160 y 162 de la Ley 40 de 1907 ; 5° de la Ley 54 de 1913 ; 1° a 6°, 12 y 24 de la Ley 83 de 1915 ; quedan reformados el artículo 342 de la Ley 105 y el 16 de la Ley 83 citada, del mismo modo que todas las demás disposiciones que no armonicen con la presente.
