Las entidades a las cuales se les asigna el control, inspección y vigilancia de las personas naturales y jurídicas señaladas en los artículos 7º, 8º y 9º tendrán respecto de ellas las facultades y funciones que actualmente ejerce la Superintendencia Bancaria sobre las mismas.
