Art. 2. º En el caso de muerte de la señora Jiménez de Riascos, su hijo Joaquín disfrutará de una pensión mensual de cuarenta pesos ($ 40), pagadera en la misma forma establecida en el artículo anterior, en lo referente á la expresada señora.
