Si las personas que resultaren autores, o cómplices o auxiliadores por infracciones a las leyes fiscales, fueren empleados públicos, se les removerá del empleo y se duplicará la pena respectiva; y si fueren rematadores de rentas, perderán el derecho de cobrar cuota alguna sobre los efectos declarados de contrabando.
