Parágrafo

Esta cantidad se imputará á la próxima vigencia económica y será puesta á órdenes de la Gobernación del Departamento del Cauca, la cual queda encargada de dictar los reglamentos y decretos que se requieran para la ejecución de la obra y para la consiguiente canalización y desecación de la Ciénaga de Taula.
