Definiciones. Para efectos del presente decreto, se entiende por: Establecimientos de alojamiento turístico: Son los establecimientos de comercio que brindan el servicio de alojamiento turístico con oferta permanente. Entre estos se encuentran, pero sin limitarse a ellos, los hoteles, incluidos entre estos las embarcaciones de los cruceros en las que se prestan servicios hoteleros, apartahoteles, hostales, centros vacacionales, campamentos glamping, refugios, albergues, zonas de camping y todos aquellos que mantengan una oferta habitual en el servicio de hospedaje. Viviendas turísticas: Unidades privadas, casas y demás construcciones integradas arquitectónica y funcionalmente destinada total o parcialmente a brindar el servicio de alojamiento turístico según su capacidad, a una o más personas. Pertenecen a esta clasificación los apartamentos turísticos, fincas turísticas, casas turísticas y demás inmuebles cuya destinación corresponda a esta definición.
