Art. 1.° Desde la sancion de la presente lei, las señoritas Lastenia i Emelina Gutiérrez, hijas del Jeneral Sántos Gutiérrez, disfrutarán de la pension mensual de cien pesos ( $ 100) pagadera del Tesoro nacional.
