Alcances del fallo . El cumplimiento del fallo de tutela no impedirá que se proceda contra la autoridad pública, si las acciones u omisiones en que incurrió generaren responsabilidad. La denegación de la tutela no puede invocarse para excusar las responsabilidades en que haya podido incurrir el autor del agravio.
