Articulo 49. En las etiquetas de los productos medicinales preparados en estas condiciones debe aparecer el nombre del laboratorio fabricante. La falta de cumplimiento de esta obligación, será sancionada con multa de cien a trescientos pesos ($100 a $300). La reincidencia se sancionará con la cancelación de la respectiva licencia.
