º . Modifícase el artículo 4º del Decreto 2478 del 15 de diciembre de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 4º. Estructura . Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural tiene la siguiente estructura
