Podrán ser parte en un proceso:
Las personas naturales y jurídicas.
Los patrimonios autónomos.
Los consorcios y las uniones temporales, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad que se atribuya a sus integrantes.
El concebido, para la defensa de sus derechos.
Los demás que determine la ley.
