º . Comisión Intersectorial. Créase la Comisión Intersectorial para el Uso Racional y Eficiente de la Energía y Fuentes No Convencionales de Energía, CIURE, con el fin de asesorar y apoyar al Ministerio de Minas y Energía en la coordinación de políticas sobre uso racional y eficiente de la energía y demás formas de energía no convencionales en el sistema interconectado nacional y en las zonas no interconectadas.

Parágrafo

La Comisión Intersectorial será presidida por el Ministro de Minas y Energía o su delegado.
