La Auditoría verificará la intervención o examen de cuentas, sobre los respectivos libros de contabilidad, comprobantes y registros con el objeto de constatar la forma como se está cumpliendo la gestión fiscal, y expedirá el certificado o fenecimiento sobre la legalidad y autenticidad de las operaciones financieras y de los movimientos de almacén.
