Las firmas de los giradores, otorgantes, aceptantes, endosantes y demás partes que intervengan en los instrumentos otorgados o traspasados a favor de la Caja de Crédito agrario, Industrial y Minero, se presumen auténticas. En consecuencia, el registro de tales instrumentos podrá verificarse sin la comparecencia de los respectivos interesados o signatarios.
