Principio de corresponsabilidad. Atendiendo al principio de corresponsabilidad, todas las personas naturales y jurídicas, tales como: entidades públicas del nivel nacional, distrital, departamental y municipal, la comunidad, el núcleo familiar, los centros o instituciones educativas y las empresas privadas, tienen un conjunto de deberes y obligaciones, con el fin de contribuir a salvaguardar, proteger y ejecutar acciones que conduzcan a la gestión, tratamiento y transformación de conflictividades.
