Article 8

Son Funciones De Los Superintendentes Delegados: A) Asesorar Al Superintendente En La Formulación De La Política O Planes De Acción De La Superintendencia Y Asistirlo En Sus Funciones De Dirección, Coordinación Y Control Que A Dicho Funcionario Corresponden, Y B) Cumplir Las Demás Funciones Que Le Señale El Superintendente

°. Son funciones de los superintendentes delegados

Asesorar al Superintendente en la formulación de la política o planes de acción de la Superintendencia y asistirlo en sus funciones de dirección, coordinación y control que a dicho funcionario corresponden, y

Cumplir las demás funciones que le señale el Superintendente.

Parágrafo

En caso de faltas temporales del superintendente, el Presidente de la República podrá encargar der las funciones de aquel a uno de los Superintendentes Delegados.
