Derecho de retiro en operaciones de fusión y escisión. El derecho de retiro previsto en la ley deberá ejercerse de acuerdo con las reglas previstas para el mismo en la normatividad aplicable, en los artículos 12 al 17 de la Ley 222 de 1995. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, deberá tenerse en cuenta lo siguiente:
