°. Modifíquese el artículo 6° del Decreto número 726 de 2000, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 6°. Constancia de inscripción. El representante legal de la respectiva Cámara de Comercio remitirá al Superintendente Delegado para la Protección de la Competencia de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio una relación de las listas inscritas, a más tardar dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al vencimiento del plazo para inscripción de listas, precisando justificadamente cuáles no serán tenidas en cuenta y los motivos. El Superintendente Delegado para la Protección de la Competencia podrá revocar la decisión de considerar o no candidatos o listas”.
