ArtÃculo 8º . Restitución del subsidio . Cuando de conformidad con las normas que rigen la materia haya lugar a la restitución del subsidio para vivienda por parte de un afiliado, este deberá restituirse a la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de PolicÃa ajustado de acuerdo con el incremento del Indice de Precios al Consumidor, IPC, registrado entre la fecha de recibo del subsidio y la de restitución, en un término de tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la solicitud de reintegro.
