El goce del usufructuario de una heredad se estiende a los bosques i arbolados, pero con el cargo de conservarlos en su ser, reponiendo los árboles que derribe, i respondiendo de su menoscabo, en cuanto no dependa de causas naturales o accidentes fortuitos.
