Mérito ejecutivo del comprobante para el pago de aportes. El comprobante para el pago de aportes que las entidades administradoras generen a los aportantes, prestará mérito ejecutivo, salvo en el monto que se hubiese reclamado, hasta tanto se resuelva la reclamación. Para los anteriores efectos, las entidades administradoras que no optaron por generar el comprobante de pago lo podrán generar para el cobro coactivo de que trata este artículo, cuando los aportantes no paguen oportunamente sus obligaciones.
