º. El Fiscal General de la Nación podrá asignar prima técnica sin carácter salarial hasta por un treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico con el lleno de los requisitos que establezca mediante reglamentación interna y conforme al Decreto 1724 de 1997. Para los Directores Nacionales podrá asignarse prima técnica hasta por un cincuenta por ciento (50%) del sueldo básico, en los mismos términos y condiciones de que trata el inciso anterior.
