Cambio de empresa . La empresa a la cual se vinculará el vehículo debe acreditar ante el Ministerio de Transporte los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 50 del presente Decreto, adicionando el paz y salvo de la empresa de la cual se desvincula o el pronunciamiento de la autoridad administrativa o judicial competente.
