La revisión de los actos del Gobierno o de los Ministros, que no sean de la clase de los sometidos a la jurisdicción de la Corte Suprema de Justicia por el citado artículo 41 del Acto legislativo número 3 de 1910, corresponde al Tribunal Supremo de los Contencioso-administrativo cundo sean contrarios a la Constitución, la ley o lesivos de derechos civiles.
