ARTICULO 14. De la revocatoria de la resolución. Cuando la Comisión Seccional del Servicio Civil compruebe que el empleado, el jefe de personal o quien haga sus veces hayan adulterado o presentado documentos falsos para la inscripción, revocará la resolución correspondiente, sin perjuicio de las acciones penales y disciplinarias a que haya lugar. Igualmente, revocará la inscripción cuando ésta se haya efectuado en un empleo que no sea de carrera administrativa.
