ARTICULO 4.1.6.2.5 .- DE LAS FUNCIONES ESPECIALES DE LA DIVISION DE INTERMEDIARIOS DE SEGUROS . Además de las funciones previstas en el artículo 4.1.6.1.7 del presente estatuto, son funciones de la División de Intermediarios de Seguros las siguientes

a)

Estudiar y presentar para la aprobación del Director General para Seguros y Capitalización la documentación presentada por las compañías las de seguros para la expedición de credenciales;

b)

Llevar y mantener actualizado el registro de credenciales, certificados públicos y certificados de inscripción y expedir las certificaciones requeridas;

c)

Practicar y calificar los exámenes de los aspirantes a cargos de agentes y directores de agencias colocadoras de seguros y rendir los informes correspondientes, y

d)

Las demás que se le asignen de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia. TITULO VII. ORGANOS DE ASESORIA Y COORDINACION
