Artículo único. Los Administradores Subalternos de Hacienda Nacional prestarán su fianza á satisfacción del respectivo Administrador Departamental del ramo, conforme a resolución en que se fijen las formalidades y cuantía de aquélla, debiendo someterse lo resuelto a la aprobación del Gobierno.
