Crease una junta, con asiento en la ciudad de Sincelejo, que queda Facultada para organizar el sorteo extraordinario de lotería a que se Refiere esta ley, en la forma que estime conveniente. Esta junta se Integrara en la siguiente forma: el gobernador del departamento de Bolívar, o la persona que designe, que la presidirá; un miembro nombrado Conjuntamente por los alcaldes de Sincelejo y Montería; un tercer miembro

Nombrado conjuntamente por las Cámaras de Comercio de Sincelejo y Montería; y dos miembros más elegidos, uno por el concejo municipal de Sincelejo y otro por el concejo municipal de Montería.
