Modifícase el numeral 3.4 del artículo 483 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "3.4. No presentar dentro del plazo previsto en este decreto, la declaración de exportación definitiva, cuando el declarante haya efectuado embarques fraccionados con cargo a un mismo contrato, consolidando la totalidad de las autorizaciones de embarque tramitadas en el respectivo período".
