Tan pronto como quede matriculada una mina, la Sección Técnica de la Dirección General de Minas procederá a localizarla en el respectivo mapa minero municipal, teniendo en cuenta los datos que resulten del plano presentado por el interesado, y en los mapas mineros departamental y nacional, y en el registro catastral correspondiente.
