º. Créase el Consejo Nacional de Industria y Comercio de Medicamentos, Alimentos, Cosméticos, Alimentos, Plaguicidas y demás productos que incidan en la salud individual o colectiva, el cual estará integrado por los siguientes miembros

El Ministro de Salud Pública o su representante, quien la presidirá;
b)
El Secretario General del Ministerio de Gobierno o su delegado;
c)
El Secretario General del Ministerio de Justicia o su delegado;
d)
El Secretario General del Ministerio de Agricultura, o su delegado;
e)
El Director General de la Policía Nacional o su delegado;
f)
