°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto empezará a regir a los quince (15) días comunes después de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , modifica el artículo 759 del Decreto 1165 de 2019 y deroga el artículo 3° del Decreto 436 de 2020.

Decreto 1206 de 2020 · por el cual se adoptan medidas aduaneras transitorias en la importación temporal de aeronaves, se autoriza un tratamiento a los usuarios aptos, se modifica el artículo 759 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, y se deroga el artículo 3° del Decreto 436 de 2020.
