- LIMITES A LOS CONTRATOS DE CREDITO INTERNO. Las entidades a que ce refiere el presente título {Título XII del Decreto 1333 de 1986} no podrán celebrar ninguna operación de crédito interno cuando el servicio total de la deuda pública respectiva represente en la correspondiente vigencia fiscal una suma superior al treinta por ciento (30%) de sus rentas ordinarias incluyendo el nuevo empréstito (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 284, inc. 1o).
