ARTICULO 15. ASIGNACIÓN DE FUNCIONES. Se entiende que hay asignación de funciones, cuando el nominador asigna al empleado público de manera parcial y temporal, funciones de otro empleo o funciones acordes con la naturaleza del cargo del cual es titular. Dicha asignación no constituye encargo, ni genera derecho al reconocimiento de diferencia salarial.
