En el marco conceptual del instrumento de valoración del desempeño laboral que se adopte para la entidad se determinará el o los empleados responsables de evaluar a los empleados de carrera y en período de prueba dentro de los cuales, en todo caso, habrá uno de libre nombramiento y remoción; igualmente se indicará a quien corresponde efectuar las comunicaciones y las notificaciones a que haya lugar. El recurso de reposición será resuelto por los evaluadores que intervinieron en la respectiva valoración.
