Condonación de beca- créditos educativos. Los beneficiarios del Fondo podrán solicitar la condonación de su beca - crédito cuando obtengan el título del respectivo programa académico y cumplan con las demás condiciones establecidas en el reglamento operativo del Fondo y en los términos de las respectivas convocatorias. Parágrafo. Cuando se demuestre que el beneficiario por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito no obtiene el título académico, la Mesa Técnica estudiará el caso y determinará si autoriza la condonación del beneficio otorgado.
