°. Planta. La planta de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares será fijada anualmente por el Gobierno. Cuando no lo hiciere, continuarán rigiendo la que se encuentre vigente.

Parágrafo

En caso especial el Gobierno podrá modificar la planta fijada para el respectivo año. CAPITULO II De la clasificación.
