Los excedentes financieros que debe transferir INDUMIL a la Nación correspondientes al año 2000, se ejecutarán sin situación de fondos por parte del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional de acuerdo con las apropiaciones que para el efecto se incorporan en la presente ley, previo el cumplimiento de las normas presupuestales.
